Kia Ora! I’m Lauren, originally born in Ireland and moved to the beautiful Aotearoa at 10 years old. I have recently joined the Challenge 2000 team as a Social Work student on placement, and I absolutely love it so far! I am extremely grateful to work alongside an amazing team of passionate and motivating people!

There are lots of reasons I love the idea of working with young people and families, and I hope to someday work in Youth Justice. There is also something so special and unique about guiding these kids towards realizing and helping them achieve their full potential, and becoming contributing, positive members of society
